4 pcs of Dia. 534mm trolley wheels exported to Sri Lanka

This client is our old client, which is one also very powerful company in Sri Lanka. And we cooperated together for about 2 years. We got their first inquiry in the year of 2015. They are in need of our crane parts for their company.

And before we start the production, we will send the production drawings to confirm with our customer, In order to ensure the accuracy and avoid errors. There is no problem when the customer confirms drawings; we will arrange the production for our customer. We adopt 42CrMo material that the purchase of raw materials from famous domestic steel mills.

It took about 25days for the production, and the wheels were sent to Sri Lanka by ship transportation on Feb 22, 2016. And here share some finished wheel pictures and delivery pictures for you.

About the packing, these 4 pcs of crane wheels were put in one wooden crate. And fixed by wire rope, the drum brush anti-rust oil and rain wear packaging. According to customer's requirements, we use gray paint for these wheels.

We are really happy to hear that when they said very satisfied after customers receive the goods. And soon we got a new order of same projects. And the delivery expect 15th, June. 2016.
